Preconditioning muscles with NIR builds endurance faster

Summary
Exercise under fluorescent lights typical of an indoor gym will not support training gains as well as training under nearinfrared (NIR) light.
Adding wavelengths that shrink fat cells, support collagen production to erase cellulite, and synthesize Vitamin D will multiply the effectiveness of any exercise regimen many times over.
The MyGreen Basking Lamp is designed to support skin health, exercise performance, and rapid training gains.
NIR Accelerates Training Gains
A remarkable study of post-menopausal women discovered that 850nm LED nearinfrared (NIR) light shining on their thighs increased their peak muscle power output and extended their endurance while exercising on a treadmill.
The results showed significantly higher values of power and total work for the LED group when compared to the control group. Infrared-LED illumination associated with treadmill training can improve muscle power and delay leg fatigue in postmenopausal women. - Paolillo et al. 2011.
Those findings are now fifteen years old, and yet they are still unfamiliar to even the most famous social media exercise influencers. Moreover, it's not just one isolated study.
In a triple-blind, placebo controlled trial, researchers discovered that pre-conditioning subjects with NIR light resulted in three times faster gains in endurance from training, compared to placebo.

What's more, the subjects in the NIR group lost almost 15% of their total body fat over a 12-week training period, compared to less than 5% in the placebo group (Miranda et al. 2018)

Fluorescent Light is Killing Your Gains
The typical, energy-efficient indoor strip mall gym does not provide a light environment conducive to training -- which explains how so many people complain that they spent three months busting their ass on a gym treadmill only to discover they're barely improved their body composition at all.
Probably the best way to fix the problem is to exercise outdoors -- either in the shade or in the sunshine. Both provide excellent sources of NIR light.
However, it's not always possible.
When you can't exercise outdoors, you will want a Lamp that provides the NIR that improves your training, the 590nm amber light that induces lipolysis and shrink fat cells, the green light that boosts collagen production and erases cellulite, and the ultraviolet rays that produce Vitamin D.
Fortunately, MyGreen makes a lamp for that.
