Hair Growth Hood (for Men & Women)

The Next Generation MyGreen Hair Growth Hood delivers three simultaneous wavelengths of light targeting three different layers of the scalp, using a total of 504 narrowband LEDs:

- green 532 nm to target the epidermis and dermis
- red 660 nm to target the dermis, and
- red/NIR 730 nm to target hair follicles

The Hood draws power via USB-A cable.  Wall adapter & battery included.

MyGreen Hair Growth Hood is designed to be the most efficient photobiomodulation device for hair growth available anywhere in the world.  In this next generation device:

• LEDs have been redistributed to provide greater coverage on the crown and forehead hairline, making the Hood suitable for both men and women,
• a 15,000 mAh battery pack is included, for greater freedom & portability,
• all three wavelengths are delivered simultaneously, reducing the treatment time to 20 minutes per session.
   

The MyGreen Hair Growth Hood for Men does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.  The FDA has not evaluated this device, nor any marketing claims associated with it.  

Clinical data on red & green for hair growth is available from Tantiyavarong et al. (2025) and lab data on 730 nm red from Cho et al. (2026).  The MyGreen Hair Growth Hood for Men is designed to improved translation of these findings for consumer education and differs in construction and design from the devices used in these studies to better suit that purpose.
